Local ceramic artist Peter has been making pottery for two decades. He traveled to Japan to study under Toyoda Mokuguen, one of his professors at Whitman College. He participated in regular firings at the Yamagama Kiln in Index, Washington. He currently teaches art at Jane Adams Middle School, where his favorite units are clay based. He is fortunate to make ceramics in his home studio in North Seattle.
