Shipping + Returns

All orders ship from our storefront here in Seattle, Washington.

We want you to get your order right away, and will make every effort to ship your order immediately. However due to product availability, it may take to 5-7 days to ship your order. If for any reason it will take longer than that, we will contact you to let you know what to expect.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

  • Orders over $75 ship free.
  • Orders typically take 48 hours to process. Please allow up to 5 business days.
  • We ship USPS Ground Mail, unless otherwise selected. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.
  • Orders are shipping Wednesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • Tracking # will be provided with a confirmation email once your order ships.

DELIVERY + CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has shipped and tracking # has been provided, the package will be in the care of the carrier. Station 7 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact your USPS office directly: they are able to confirm final scan location with GPS location and provide additional details.

We recommend checking around your property, management, and with neighbors in case the package was left in an unexpected location.

ONLINE ORDERS

What is the return policy?

In-store purchases
To be eligible for a refund, you must have your receipt with your return within 14 days of the date you purchased your order.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase: if you need help with this, please send us an email at hello@station7seattle.com.

For shipped orders:
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@station7seattle.com

  • To return your product, you will need to mail your product to:
    Station 7, 400 15th Avenue East, Seattle WA 98112, United States
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Only if your order is defective/broken in some way, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Are any purchases final sale?

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
