Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Within the US, orders over $75 ship free.

We want you to get your goods right away, and will make every effort to ship your order immediately. However due to product availability, it may take up to 7 days to ship your order. If for any reason it will take longer than that, we will contact you to let you know what to expect.

Within the US, we ship USPS Priority Mail. We can sometimes accommodate special shipping requests - please contact us to arrange.

We are also happy to ship outside of the US, usually via USPS priority international mail. You are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

RETURNS
We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. If your order is defective/broken in some way, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@station7seattle.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Station 7, 400 15th Avenue East, Seattle WA 98112, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PAYMENT
Online orders must be paid for by credit card. By completing your order, you confirm that you have the authority to make a purchase using that card.
